Pricing
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Cancelling or changing your order
Once your order has been processed and dispatched we can no longer cancel. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at (02)8376 1089 between 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. as soon as possible
Damaged stock
If the shipping carton of your order and significant damage then you must refuse the shipment and email us immediately at info@pharmpak.com.au; or contact us at (02)8376 1089 within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
Once your order has been refused, you have been notified of the refusal and the product has been returned to Pharm Pak for assessment we will issue your refund and you are free to place your order again.
Return and Refund:
Error ordering online
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Change of mind
Should you change your mind after ordering online, Pharm Pak will gladly refund for the item you intended to purchase. Please call or email us at info@pharmpak.com.au within 21 days from receipt of the goods. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Once your order has been refused, you have been notified of the refusal and the product has been returned to Pharm Pak for assessment we will issue your refund and you are free to place your order again.
Custom-made orders
Please note that special orders and custom-made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 20 Rowood Road, Prospect, NSW 2148.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
